Texas House approves strip club tax

The Texas House gave final approval to a new tax on sexually oriented businesses.

Rep. Senfronia Thompson's proposal would repeal a $5-per-person fee that strip clubs were required to collect from 2007 legislation. The measure now moves to the state Senate. -- KCBD News

Yes, it seems like going to a club will be more expensive now in Texas.
