$29,512 Bill at Strip Club

A conventioneer from Massachusetts is challenging a $29,512 bill for a night of entertainment and drinks at a topless dancing club in Las Vegas.
It seems like James Hackett (from Andover Mass.) filed a lawsuit against the owner of the Paradise Gentlemen's club in Las Vegas because of the American Express Bill of $29,512 !!!
According to the lawsuit, Mr. Hackett did not go to Paradise, but instead had some drinks at the hotel lobby, he was watching a game there when someone handed him his wallet (with out of place cards and id's). He noted this as weird but paid no attention to it. Eventually passed out. i.e. does not remember what happened that night, but he's sure he did not go to any other place other than the hotel lobby and did not spend 29K at any strip club (Bill has $4,000 for a bar tab and more than $25,000 for "unexplained services" involving entertainers "Paulina," "Jani Lee," "Isabel," "Vanessa," "Roxanne" and "Lexi."). What an extraordinary night for those girls.
The lawsuit also arguments that the amount charged was ludicrous (he probably does not hang out much with Adam Jones, he reportedly got 40K in $1 Bills to shower the exotic dancers).
Problem is all of this happened in Vegas, (Bluffing is the game here) so you can't really trust no one, did James (after a wild night of his dreams) blow 29K and now when the wife confronted him has no choice but to blame it on a stolen card? Did someone really steal his card and jumped security at the clubs (that for any CC bill take your picture, signature, digital print and some blood), was this a computer problem and the wrong card was charged? why didn't american express block the card (after all my AX gets blocked all the time for stupid things, for a 29K bill they send ninjas).
All in all, someone had a blast
