Rio closes topless pool in Las Vegas
The Rio hotel-casino has closed its adult pool indefinitely after failing a Metro Police "integrity check," a property spokesperson said Tuesday.
The Sapphire Pool was the Rio’s topless pool, where Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club dancers would appear topless during the day.
That's really a shame, I was looking forward to visiting the Sapphire Pool just to hang out with topless dancers (it gives an edge that I wanted to experience). Anyhow, hopefully they'll get it re-opened soon.
The police report did not specify "what" was it that they found, but this is supposed to be Sin City, so hopefully it's something really really bad and not related to being topless in a pool.

Troy Lowrie Strip Club Mogul from VCG Holdings Rings Nasdaq Bell
Troy Lowrie
Strip-club mogul Troy Lowrie rang the Nasdaq bell to close the stock exchange Wednesday, a moment he hopes will help the adult-entertainment industry shed its seedy stigma on Wall Street.
"We are the first adult company to ever ring the bell on the Nasdaq stock market," Lowrie said. "Our goal is to change an industry, to take what might have been a seedy industry, and still is in some ways, and try to bring it to the next level of professionalism and good business practices."
A tough job if you ask us, if banks have seedy practices, changing some clubs practices will be even harder.

Former Atlanta Falcons quarterback and Newport News native Michael Vick denied reports that he visited a strip club on Monday, his first night off house arrest after federal custody on a dogfighting conviction.
"That is absolutely not true. That's crazy," Vick told the Daily Press early Thursday. "That is the last place on my mind. I was out of town. I guess it's just someone trying to be hurtful."
The original report had him going to Atlantis on Virginia Beach.

Adam "Pacman" Jones showering strippers with money
If you haven't seen this video yet, you must take a look at this. The video that was recently released by ESPN shows Adam showering money at the club girls ($40,000 to be exact). This created a feeding frenzy and ended up in a shooting outside. This took place back in 2007 (pre strip club search blogging days).
Sadly, what could've been an incredible night of fun (I mean, how often can you spend 40K at a strip club in one night) ended up in tragedy.
Adam did not shoot anyone, but it seems like someone Adam knew fired the gun that left a bouncer paralyzed from the waist down. Jones has been involved in at least 11 separate police investigations, authorities say, and is currently sought by Atlanta-area police for questioning in a shooting after a fight at a strip club there.
I think the video talks for itself, the way they were dealing with the money, and their faces looking for trouble.
