Would you like to buy a Strip Club in Vegas?

The Velvet Lion is for sale in Las Vegas for a mere $10.8 Million and according to the website is a bargain. :) 

"Current owner, Paul Anderson, made the announcement last week that he is currently accepting applications for purchase of the Velvet Lion Gentlemen's Club, which was acquired by Anderson's ownership group back in 2006 when it was known as Striptease. Three years, and approximately $1.2 million in renovations later, the club has evolved into a high-end luxury establishment with state-of-the-art equipment and furnishings." -- Press Release

For anyone that hasn't been to Vegas, that city is like Disney for adults. So what they say it's true, it's the place to go for Girls, Gambling and adult fun.  I looked on my back pocket for some change but could not get to 10M, so maybe next time.
