Anthony "Cousin Vinny" Agnello had a great idea, let's have a stablishment that will give you great subs with a little extra spice (in the form of exotic dancers).
His business flyer promised: "free fountain sodas and $5 foot-long subs alongside six hours of nonstop, hard-core, live action from some of the most beautiful young ladies who have ever chosen to take their clothes off in public."
"At 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, this seemingly harmless sub shop becomes the wildly exotic and explicit, all-nude private club 'Cousin Vinny's Little Secret.' " 
So far a great idea, problem was he decided to use "Subways" papers and trademarks to advertise his business as a franchise, and got slapped with a 100K fine. Let's hope he can sort this out.
