Stripper Sues Penthouse

A former stripper from Penthouse New York is suing it's former employer for Humilliation after her photos ended up on billboards for Scores strip club, the New York Post reported.
Nicole Hughes says in the suit that she was pressured into signing a release on the photos and promised they would only appear in Penthouse-related publicity.
But the same pictures started popping up on billboards around New York City late last year in ads for Scores strip clubs, and because of that, her reputation and integrity were damaged (because Scores is at a lower level in her regards, than Penthouse). She complained to club management, but they told her they could do whatever they wanted with pix.
That's the problem with releases, (model releases) if you sign one, the owner of the picture can do anything with them. It seems like Penthouse and Scores share the same owners. Good luck Nicole, I don't think you'll go far on this one. Ladies, carefull with what you sign, from model releases to marriage certificates, they all have consequences
