Citing the news: "A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a claim Thursday that Rockstar Games Inc., the game's creator, violated the PlayPen Gentleman's Club logo."

In a ruling Judge Diarmuid O'Scannlain wrote, "Video games and strip clubs do not go together like a horse and carriage or, perish the thought, love and marriage." Only the judge knows what he meant by that.
In any case the game portrays PlayPen as the PigPen a strip club in the middle of East Los Santos (PlayPen is on East Los Angeles). You know it's hard to say who should win on this case, on one side PlayPen gets free publicity (this is good for any club), on the other side
rockstar markets known brands to make more money (and they are probably not sharing). I wonder what kind of dances do they perform on the virtual world. Do they serve alcohol? I would play the game, but to tell you the truth it's too violent, we sponsor free love at TSCS so our veredict is Rockstar should pay !
