A bill on Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon's desk that would make nudity illegal at adult cabarets would strip away more than $2 million in state tax revenues, say adult entertainment advocates, and the state legislature's failure to account for that lost revenue may make the bill Constitutionally invalid.
